Warranty claim

In 2017/08/30 I bought a vehicle VW Polo 1.2 TSI. I then signed up a contract with Cartrack for a tracking divice which in the contract it had a warranty plan which said in the even my vehicle is ****** and not recovered Cartrack will pay a warranty claim of 150000. In 2019/11/22 my vehicle was ****** and Cartrack failed to recover my vehicle. I then logde a claim with Cartrack as per contractual obligation. Cartrack then refused to pay my claim by courting clause which where not in my original signed contract. They claim that in 2017/11/30 I did not pay my Premium. But after that till the time is ****** premium where up to date. Cartrack then changed my terms and conditions to favour them. Then disputed their feedback. And still Cartrack refused to pay. I quoted my terms and conditions which was given to me "say in the even I miss a premium Cartrack will write or use a recordable equipment to inform me of my unpaid installment which never happened. Please assist me in resolving the matter with Cartrack to honor their obligation and pay me.
