Last year I was involved in a car accident. The vehicle was written off by the insurer. I Informed CarTrack about the accident but all they cared about is the three year contract agreement. I don't have a car anymore but Cartrack wants me continue paying in advance for services I can no longer utilize. Cancellation fee of R1700 FOR A CAR I NO LONGER HAVE.
