Waiting for a week for installation😰😰

What I disappoint,I got a call from cartrack about their products and I got interested in Instalation of their device however the service I am getting is extremely poor from consultant that keeps on giving me different info everytime they call me.Now I am waiting to be installed and it's been a week and no feedback.When I call I am taken from Pilla to post.I Installed on one at the and the other car it's a problem to get it.I won't be installing this on my other car if this is the service we get.Gauteng branch got my other car Installed same day of application but Free state branch is failing me.
