Waiting for a Refund for a month

Hi ,am not happy with cartrack an amount of R2000 was paid to their on the 24th July 2026,I logged a call,send an email even contacted them on their WhatsApp helpline all I could get was that I must wait 7-14days before the refund it's the 25th August 2026 still waiting for my refund.Today when I called their account department I was told that it's 14-21 days and I have the 14 days on email. The service of following up with them for a month is not a good service.am still waiting for my refund nothing till today
