VIOLATING POPIA ACT AND REFUSING TO CANCEL THE TRACKER

I sold my car two months ago and Car track is insisting I still pay for the tracker even though someone else owns it now. Basically it's a major violation of the POPIA act that I can now track the new owner any time, because the tracker remains active in my name. I tried on numerous occasions to get it canceled but they insist I pay the full amount for the rest of the contract even if I don't own the vehicle anymore. Be ware of this company!!! When I sold a car before when I used Tracker, they canceled my contract without problems. Car track is violating the POPIA ACT !!!
