Violaters of POPI ACT

I have to say that this company violates all the POPI ACT and doesn't abide by them. They installed a cartracker in my car without informing me or my concern as the car owner ,they just installed it .I got notified by an anonymous person,i also confirmed it with an agent that they have installed tracker on the 1/06/2022 by agent name Nqobile.I have liasing with agent Reginald from cartrack and sent him proof that I am the owner of the car. He told me that I should go to the nearest branch because if a technician has to come to me I will be charged.I asked him why should I come to them when they are the ones who did the wrong thing. I must waste my fuel for them. I have been followed anonymously by someone and feel unsafe. Ever since I said that he hasn't responded(5days).I need this removed from my car before I escalate it Further.I am not safe in my car and feel violated.
