VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

A 1 rating is even too much i do.not reccomend cartrack at all I am being harrassed for payments as if i never paid for over a month x10 calls per day from the contact centre I've been asking for somebory to call me at 3pm nobody calls. I sent a history of my debit orders for 6months plus asking why the amounts vary per month i was told bt the whatsapp consultant i skipped a payment in decemberi then send bank statements showing the amounts debited was successfull

Today i get a call with someone.explaining cartrack did not add the tag unit to my bill, i asked the accounts lady so who.is at fault she acknowledged i did not skip a payment the way im being harrassed This is after i called in last year asking why my tracking unit shows no service i was explained by the technicians its all good the ape might show that I even went to the.durbanville/tygervalley office they said a technician will advise this was all 2025

I asked for an email with my contract for my existing units in vehilcle she said she will send im still waitimg fot it.

I got another 2 calls after speaking to the lady this morning, im asking the reason for the call both agents calling for a missed payment after i spoke to the accounts who confirmed an email will be sent i even asked can a manager call me then because Im being harrassed

Cartrack please get your systems in order and im not paying anythinh until u provide my contract including both my vehicles unit.

Also cancel my debicheck i am very dissapointed in the service and also the *********** agents you have please do better Never had such at Netstar
