Very very poor response time from your road assistance team

Very very poor response time from your road assistance team.I have a small fleet of vehicles for business and whenever we need a vehicle towed we always experience delay after delay.When you call cartrack they will tell you their roadside assistance team will call you back.That call comes after atleast and hour .Calling only to tell you they have received your request and that they will call you back.All in all the tow truck will come after atleast 4hrs from your initial call.Imagine being stuck at the side of the road for four hours!!!! Very disappointed because that roadside assistance team is extremely poor!!!
