Very very bad service but they are quick to deduct the money

Today is 14th day,its been 2 weeks I have been waiting for the car track people to re and de install my car unit,and nothing happened even today,I'm so dissapoint at your bad service,can I just have my money back,I will get a more reliable car tracking company,now I have to drive around with a car without a car tracker, I'm done with you guys and your bad service can I just get my money back.
