VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I have heard the worse experience ever with Cartracker regarding the payment my debit order are going through twice a month. I have contacted them numerous times to sort this out have ended up reversing the funds that was not supposed to be charged.. Their consultants are very rude and disrespectful. They scream and never give a chance to speak only drop the phone on my ear.. One lady used the F word told them and it's been 2 months they still says they are doing the investigation.. They now threatening me to blacklisted my account over the overpayment have given them proof of payment nothing get done after that
