Very quick to respond, but I wish they could improve, maybe have a key word that the driver must mention when in trouble just in case they have been kidnapped. Because I was asked if I was in trouble or my battery died, so I said my battery died, just imagine if someone was forcing me to say so while I'm in trouble.
