VERY POOR SERVICES

i have my busssines fleet with them for many years .Everytime we renew the contract theyhave no issues .I have renewed the contract and they saying that they made a msitake and removed the one i can view my vehicles.Mr sibusiso has been trying tyo assisty telling us it will be sorted out we are sorry the fault is on there side .Today he saying they want to charge extra to fix the problem and his trying to explain them its not the clients fault ,We are being messed around after supporting this company for over 7 years .Please assist to sort this MATTER
