Very poor service! I want to remove the tracker from my one vehicle and install it into another vehicle

Very poor service! I want to remove the tracker from my one vehicle and install it into another vehicle. When i took the contract i was informed that it will not be a problem if i sell the old vehicle as the tracker will then just be installed into another vehicle. Now that i want to do it i need to pay R800 for the reinstallation fee? I was not told that there will be a fee to do this and now that they have me in a contract and i am selling my old vehicle i need to pay to get assitance! This is unacceptable! I will never recommend Cartrack to anyone!
