Very poor service

If I could give a - 10 review I would. After my car was ****** in November I was told my account was going to be on hold until my car is recovered. But that didn't happen as every month I'm still debited and I reverse my money, then they harass me with a dozen calls telling me how my account is in arrears and I always explain how my account is on hold since my car hasn't been recovered but they still continue to debit🤦🏾♀️ and that R150k thing? It's a ****!!
