Very Poor service and unprofessional consultants?

I have a problem with cartrack, they keep calling me everyday and sending me threatening messages and I really don't like this. This *********** company kept debitting me on dates that we haven't agreed on as per agreement and resulted me owing around R2k and by the time I got cash I lost that amount that was allocated for them and then I spoke to Thulisile Sabisa that I must send her my bank statement so that she'll pay back that amount of around R2k since I wouldn't be able to pay double for bank chargers incurred plus the cancelation fee. Since I sent my bank statement to Thulisile she is no where to found.
