Very Poor service

We basically making donations to cartrack, what a useless company. I received a very bad reception from my very first call reporting the hijacking of my vehicle. The next thing I'm told the unit has been jammed and therefore they don't know where the vehicle is, it has been three weeks since. Now they can't issue a trip report to the insurer for the day of the incident yet the app was functioning on my phone.
