Very poor service

I was scheduled for a fitment for the road view camera on Friday the 10th at 08:00.So by 09:00 there was still noby and I decided to call where upon I was told that the technician would be called to find out when he would be coming to me. A hour later still no call was made to inform me, I had to phone more or less every to find out what was going on. I think it's sad the service like this should be experienced, nobody made any effort and it didn't sound like anyone could care less. I decided that I'm going to cancel my Cartrack contract as it is coming to a end now in anyway, was planning to go on but after the service I experienced I won't even recommend anyone to go to Cartrack. Maybe it's just me who had this experience with them, but I client is a client and should always be handled with respect.
