Very poor service

Cartrack has such poor service, took out a contract with them on Tuesday/07/12/21 and yet no one has called to schedule the appointment to install the devic, I call them today to ask I'm on hold for 30 minutes, I then changed the option to sales they pick up next no time. I explained my issue they send me back to hold for 15 minutes them gave up. Now just imagine having been hijacked or something.
