VERY Poor performance by CARTRACK

I cant get hold of cartrack. They not coming back after conversations. I have a cartrack tracker in my vehicles that is not working but I am paying every month. One tracker is not working for 4 years now and I paid it. My other vehicle device stop working in December and still they not come back to me. I arrange date and time with them in November 2024 before going on holiday. They comkng back to me in January 2025. The person installing the new device said he will report the faulty ones snd come back to me. Very poor performance by company such as cartrack.
