VERY POOR CUSTOMER SRVICE

Worst customer service ever received. None of their managers are contactable and neither are they taking any calls. Add on application completed on 11/08/2025, and although the first installment went off our bank account already, this vehicles cannot be viewed on the app. I also bought a new Fortuner at the end of last month, which came with an already fitted Cartrack unit. Until today, 25/08/2025 Cartrack were not able and/or capable to activate this unit and link myself to it. Luckily there are other car track companies that are serious about business. My advise to the public is to stay VERY FAR away from Cartrack, and rather make use of Tracker or C-Track. Cartrack is PATHETIC !!!!!!!!! And a word of advise top Toyota, please terminate your contract with Cartrack immediately, they are seriously hampering your image and reputation.

Good morning, it is actually very interesting to see how many bad service reviews Cartrack have actually received only in the past month.
And the interesting thing is that the reply from Cartrack in each and every bad review is exactly the same ... makes one think hey !!!!
Well here are some more interesting feedback .... ever since I have written my review, NO ONE from Management has made any effort to contact me whatsoever !!!!!!!!
This is simply a systematic problem with companies that think that customers are being done a favor to deliver precise, exact and on time service.
May I please warn the public to stay away from Cartrack, you are going to be VERY disappointed in future.
