Very Poor Customer Service

I have a tracker with Cartrack since last year, I told the consultant that I want the package for R99.00, but to my surprise they deducted R159.00 every month and I called their account department to sort this issue, even sent the WhatsApp messages and phone calls from last year and my issue is still not resolved. This month they decided to increase my premium to R174.90 of which we did not agreed so i reversed the money back.
