Very poor customer service!!

My car was written off, I was told not to cancel the policy then when I buy a new car they'll come and install another unit, i kept paying the subscription and then bought a new car, asked them to install the tracker and now they want me to pay R600 for the tracker and R600 for installation fee, that time i was only awere about installating fee of R600 only Very poor customer service, stay away from car track!!

And then when I called them I was transferred around for more than 50 minutes with no one actually helping me, as I'm writing this, my query is still not solved. Very bad service, now I wonder if they'd even recover the vehicle when it's ******.
