Very poor and rude team. On whatsapp to deal with

I have overpaid cartrack with a large amount by mistake . I then ask asked for the refund with they then told me that I must wait for 14days. I have asked them to prioritize the query the request was filled on the 24th of July. The refund payment is overdue but still no funds. T
