Very horrific! Terrible! Disgusting! company which I ever met.

After taking a car tracker for then struggled to get service from 1mongth/3months while of course them running to collect money! Called them more than 10times to fix the issue then after they came back from after earth or moon they send someone to fix already I had tracker come install another tracker which was very easy to use and working in an incredible way, asked CARTRACK at their office in Keyes Avenue Rosebank where l had went to speak with the CEO who was not available but got assisted by the Human Capital/HR head so they said Neo Nkobo, and he promised me that they would cancel my service weather paying cancellation or not I was prepared to cancel and move my business elsewhere, I had a back to back conversation with him (33 times) and he decided to ignore me and still didn’t get cancellations, they forced debit orders for the debit orders which went through and still said please cancel my service and no one gives the f***k. It’s not a service to look at at all to those needing a tracking company to use for your fleet or cars please please watch out the aftermath of this company…
