Very good, just a step short of excellent. Your options should start with an option for a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE other than MARKETING. Whilst Driver is experiencing trauma, he/she's still to go through MARKETING FIRST. The Driver or occupants are undergoing TRAUMA. Please PRIORITIZE the HIKACKING/THEFT OF MV OPTIONS by positioning them at OPTION 1 when one calls in
