VERY DISSPOINTING SERVICE FOR CAR TRACKER, HOW I WISH I TOOK A DIFFERENT TRACKER COMPANY

I am very disappointed , i just recently sign a 3 year contract, i took the best unit, i did advised my lights are not working after installation . today i cant even travel at night because of the lights which are damage. i have tried to contact the office , they just say the will escalate this untill now, am still not assisted
