Very disappointed

I received a call from Sthembi selling a jamming devise for the car.

What is disturbing about the call is that she did not know who I am, and she did not even take time to study my profile When I questioned her raised the voice calling me" MAM " I have 2 vehicle with tihe company since from 2021 and today I get a call to lecture me about my policy.

I put the phone down on her ears as she was still willing to go on and raise her voice to put her point across.

I am very disappointed. I asked her who does she report to she advise is Sobantu Dlamini.

I called customer care spoke to Thabang Mari. My apologies is I spelled the surname incorrectly. He put me through to Avuma. To my surprise Thabang was transferring a call to someone who is in a complete different department and he does not know her name. Micky mouse business.
