Very Bad service offered by Cartrack SA

Cartrack provides the worst services ever,very far from their terms and conditions. I just signed up with them but already I regret. I have been waiting for technician to come and install a device for too long. I am the one who has to call everyday to beg them to allocate a technician. I mean how do you send a technician from Polokwane while I have given and confirmed address from Hammanskral. Cartrack you are dissapointing and don't care about your clients.
