Very Bad Service

A very BAD Service Firstly I called them just to check if they’re able to trace the whereabouts of my car and i was told that my car is in Nelspruit while it is at JHB Newtown. After 2 years of BAD Service I called them, telling them I’m trading in the car for the newer model and i was told the technician will come and install a new device. Fine! Two weeks later I called again Telling them that I cannot be driving this car without a tracker because tracking device is compulsory as per my insurance.... Still two more weeks nothing happened I ended up signing up without another tracking company and called the contract i had with them

5 moths later they called saying i owe them R3800.00 HOW? I also don’t know..... worse part this affects my credit score _I AM LISTED AS A BAD PAYER_ I CANCELED THE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD SERVICE!!!!
