VERY BAD SERVICE

I had a very bad services 1st the control room did pick up the device is faulty and promised to monitor it and come back to me, if persist I will get a call they did not and keep debit my account with faulty device , secondly i spoke Tshidiso Mothepo whom referred the query to Shakir Joseph (Manager) whom refuse to come to the phone lastly CS can see my schedule for installer to come to my house on Saturday but Scheduling depart are unable to see it which I spoke to Nokwandwa whom promised to call me back in 30min at 11am and now is 15:30, and she was very rude and raising the voice when I ask questions. VERY BAD SERVICE
