VERY Bad Service

If I could I would rate them 0 stars. I am utterly shocked by the unprofessionalism and lack of ethic in this company. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I took up a contract for a tracker and waited almost a week for the call to book installation. When the appointment was actually made the technician never pitched up for the installation and the offices did not know where he was or how to reach them. Would not recommend anyone to join Cartrack.
