I do not recommend them at all, in a time of crisis and nerd all they car about is money and when you will make ur payments, And if you downgrade you must pay a r350 downgrade fee ontop of your current installments, and if you cancel you need to pay a canceling fee of almost r3000 for the device to get taken out.

So no matter what what way you look at it. You can not brake any commitment with out paying a lump sum of r3000 once off or downgrade fees.

I tried to downgrade for 2months already from the r277 package to the r99 package as i lost my job due to covid. And they billing me r627. And harass you non stop for payments...

I cant wait till my 36 month contract ends end of march 2022 so i can cancel all together and i will never go with this company again.

I had non stop fights with customer care and billing, i wait 2 weeks for a phone call to downgrade by that time its already beginning of a new month so i can't pay the downgrade payment , no now i have to pay normal payment and then only after iv payed normal payment and the r350 downgrade fee then only they can help me.

Good luck if you consider using car track just be warned if you loose your job and is unable to pay this is what's going to happen.
