Very bad service

I have joined cartrack around 2017 and there 36 months contract ended on 2020 and I didn't cancel it, I decided to use months to months service until now 2023. Now I called them to cancel and leave cartrack, the consultant said I have to pay R275. 00 for cancelation fee which I don't understand why do I have to pay cancelation fee while I was no longer on contract. I'm very disappointed with their service I won't recommend anyone to join this company.
