Very bad customer service

On october 4th 2020 i requested cartrack to retrieve my vehicle from my driver who disappeared with the vehicle which they requested i open a case of theft ,the police would not open such a case because i gave the driver the vehicle with permission,all i wanted was for them to assist in getting the vehicle back which they refused to do,om october 6th i retrieved my own vehicle with help of a few friends only to find the vehicle vandalised,cartrack politely told me its out of their hands
