Very bad customer experience

We have lodge a call with cartrack for them to come remove a tracker device coz car has been written off. They taking us from pillar to post. Since Friday, no one has action this call. And I have pressure from insurance because they want to take a car to auction. As for today I have phoned six times they say they will schedule again.
