Very bad company to do business with!!
This must be the worst company i have ever done business with ever. From i installed their units into my vehicles i have had nothing but trouble. Units not working correct. Tracking app sucks. Many complaint’s lodged and from call centre to management, they have to date still not resolved any of my problems. Stay away from this company😡

17 Mar 2025, 08:29And so Cartrack called me and apologized for their poor service. The guy that called me assured that they would rectify my problem. I told him that i will give them one last attempt. Short after his call they called me back and made a appointment for Saturday the 15th at 08:00, and told me that they would send one of their top master technicians. It is now Monday the 17th and Cartrack never pitched up to fix my problem. So i rest my case. Cartrack is not a company i ever want to do business with again. Can one of their management call me to cancel my contract with them and pay back the money i have spend so far for a none working service. They need to take out their units out of my vehicles and make sure that the wiring is repaired to manufacturing specifications. If Cartrack do not reply on my request, i will escalate this matter to my lawyer.
