very annoyed about car track

im am like so angry write now with cartrack i took they contract on Wednesday the 14th of April and their fitted the cartrack on the 15th april, what ****es me off is that i was not told i asked everything when nonhlanhla called me we spoke so nicely and she never mentioned anything abount prorata payment that is due now im getting all this calls not that i dont have the money to pay it but cause why was i not told now some rude girl Ntombi is busy calling me and telling me about the contract okay so the contract was sent later the day we spoke then had to be busy with the kids then i was called to be told that the technicians are coming in the morning at 8am okay that was Nadia who called very sweet but my concern is that why was i not told can they please come and remove the tracker i dont want it ill see somewhere else
