****** vehicle!!

So I reported my ****** vehicle to Cartrack exactly 11 minutes after it was ******, and 12 hours later they still haven't recovered my vehicle. So you telling me it only takes 11 minutes for their devices to be found and removed(disarmed). They are very much aware of this, what safety measures do they have in place to combat this issue? NOTHING! Are they even developing even more advanced devices? My car didn't have a tracking device installed in for 10 days after I collected it from the dealership, just 4 days after the Cartrack device is installed then my vehicle gets ******.
