Utter Disappointment Car Track Unreliable scheduling and Fitting service

I'm appalled by Car Track's scheduling and fitting department. As a loyal customer with three cars, I expect better. Two technicians were scheduled, but one was late without notice, and the other didn't show up. Despite multiple calls, the issue wasn't resolved.

Mr. Benedict promised a solution on April 24 between 8am-11am, but no one arrived. Instead, Ms. Zama told me I was scheduled for 17:00, refusing to escalate the issue to a supervisor. Manager Mr. Themba Ndodana's promised call never came.

The service lacks organization, communication, and accountability. Apologies without action are meaningless. I've asked them to review recordings, but they seem uninterested in resolving the issue. Zero stars. Avoid this department.
