Usless hellopeter team

Totally useless from the customer support who do not bother to reply to the Hellopeter team with their standard reply to keep the customer quiet.

"Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience" I was promised by the hellopeter team would take my last complaint further on 9 March, I sent a reminder yesterday no reply.... No action

Customer service are just ignoring me - must be a government company, a job for life regardless,,,,,

We have a contract and YOU are in breach of it because YOU are not providing the services I am paying for, I WILL CANCEL the debit order, I refuse to pay for bad service
