USELESS..LOOSE YOUR CAR AND YOU WILL SEE THEIR TRUE COLOURS

I believe one of the reasons to put on a cartracker on your car is to be able to recover it in case it got stollen or hijacked In my case it was different.my car got hijacked on the 5th of April at night.i called cartrack to report the matter..they called me after few hours and told me that they see that my car is in tembisa on a cetain área but they went there and they found nothing. I had an app to track my car which I took as a package soh that I can track my car everyday as I use it for business..I checked on the app and indeed it was showing that the car is in tembisa...cartrack told me that they will keep in touch should they see it...I spent days checking on the app and the tracker was not moving..I took it upon my self to go look for my car..I went to tembisa and searched using the app and I recovered my car of which the cartrack team failed to do. Unfortunately my car was s****ped,there was nothing left there. I asked the guys who were there at the s**** they said the car have been there since the 6th..if cartrack took all measures to look for my car they would have recovered it before it was s****ped.i dnt believe they even went there to look for it. The communication was very poor.

After a week a received an email from cartrack that they can not pay me the 150000 that they promise to pay us if they don't recover our car because we did not call every month to check if the tracker was working...but I was using the app everyday to track my car, I took the optionof an app to avoid always calling them and it made it easy for me to track it my self for business purpose. I believe they use that clause not to pay customers because no one will always remember to call their cartracker every month especially if you have an app

Cartrack failed me. The only thing they care about is getting money from you but loose your car you will see how useless they are.
