Useless tracking company that doesn't care about its clients

My cartrack debit date is the 27th and cartrack decides to debit me on the 13th without my consent ,I called and asked why is it so they reply its December people get paid early, like how excatly do they know I got paid early, now I have to deal with unnecessary debit charges of reversing the debit, i regret joining this useless tracking company
