Useless tracker, useless panic button

Ever since I put a panic button on my car my battery dies all the time, my car is not even a year old, it can’t be that my battery is old and car track don’t even bother calling me whenever my battery . What is the use of your service if you can’t pickup when in need of energy like the battery dying???
