Useless tracker company
Since i joined cartrack ive had issues that arent resolved 2 months since ive complained. Even their consultants aren't efficient enough to get me through to a manager to vent to. I sent an email to ceoescalations and till today no response they're holding me captive as a client and ive repeatedly stated that since they cant provide me with peace of mind i need them to remove thier device and allow me to get another tracking company theyre sending me pillar to post and im over frustrated cant take this any longer.

02 Aug 2022, 16:27You dont even have the decency to call me i told your consultant I have no email to whoever sent it furthermore get a court interdict to browse my outlook to check and verify that i didnt get that response. You adding petrol to a fire thats alresdy burning(meaning im super angry) come fetch your device i dont want your services anymore period. Arent you even holding yourself accountable for this its embarrasing
