Useless service from cartrack

I have a problem with cartrack, since the day thay have installed the tracking device in my 2 cars. The first day with the tracking my one car did not have lights and the wipers was not working, the other cars light plug was out the wipers did not work and the lights. I call them and told them the cars aren't right thay would have to come and fix it. Thay didn't, so i had to fix it as i drive 30ks to work and back. I called them 3 times since the device's where installed. Still no one called me back havent heard anything from the. Now on sunday the 27th 2019. I hade a power los my cars battery started draining and not starting. So i received a call asking me if it is worked on, then i told them the issues again, still nothing. Monday 28th 2019 i called them again, first time thay put me through to repair no date was given and no time. I would never in my life recommend cartrack to any one.
