USELESS SERVICE
I've contacted this useless company since the 13th of February to assist me with the log report concerning my Taxi that was in an accident. They are delaying the whole process for my insurance to cover. They were busy taking monthly premium and when the job needs to be done, they do not provide information.
SOLVE THIS MATTER BEFORE FURTHER ESCALATION

27 Feb 2024, 14:35The log report you sent is incorrect, you suppose to send from 13 - 16 February and again the insurance is not budging, your customer service is in tatters and we waste too much airtime without being assisted. Inform your staff members to resend the ACCURATE INFORMATION. This is so annoying.
