Useless service

Still waiting for Cartrack to get back to me with my problem from weeks ago, all you get on these posts are

So sorry, we have escalated the problem and will be in touch soon yet get nothing.

Simply only worried about money and that’s the sad reality.

Cartrack, this is absolutely ridiculous that a man anger can not get hold of a client to sort the problem out

No wonder you lost the last law suit of R10million

I can not fathom how hard it is , I cancelled months ago yet you still taking off for a vehicle I got rid of months ago and can not pay me the R6000.00 you put me in debut by taking off my account after all the phone calls say please do not when you ask for permission I say no and you still do it

And I bet the reply will be - We are so sorry blah, somebody will get back to you….. sad reality is even if you tried calling you could email as well so don’t even say you tried calling.

So so sad , yet quick to take the money!!!
