Yes IT is a SERIOUS matter that is going on for a MONTH if not LONGER.
Let us hope you investigate quickly or like your "SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT" still waiting for a RESPONSE.
or like the CEO ESCALATION EMAIL - NO RESPONSE EITHER.
I AM FED UP WITH yOUr service and attitude.
