Useless panic button

So flippen again my panic button is not working and yet a monthly fee is being charged on my account !!!!

I am a girl and we live in South Africa ! Our land is not safe and when I just test my unit again it’s not working!!

What’s the point of relying on an item to help you in case of an emergency and it not working !!!
