Useless
Unit has not been working since the 18th of May 2022, I’ve made contact requesting unit to be repaired up until today still no repair, but yet I have to pay every month for something that is not working! How do I stop this service!? You guys are pathetic!

This unit failed early last year and got fixed in February, in May it failed again so I’ve made contact and you confirmed it is faulty, I have than asked for a repair, the repair was scheduled, but no one pitched to do the actual repair, and since that time I had to pay for something that doesn’t work! Isn’t that a breach of contract!? I don’t want this bull**** service anymore! Please shove it, I’m not interested anymore. CANCEL THIS ****!
